A. J. Enterprizes Top ET: The Top final was over almost before it started. In a double red last lap, Jason McFarland of Metairie, Louisiana went -.038 to had the win over to Joe Collier of Clyde.
Audio Magic Modified ET: Sambo Tyra of Abilene took to win in Modified with a great .010 light and a 7.133 on a 7.12 dial. Chris Kelly of Merkel hosed up both ends of his last lap starting with a -.019 red light and a ending with a break out 7.41 on a 7.43 dial.
Longmire Plumbing Jr. Dragster: Keeping it all int the family, the Bettis sisters of DeLeon ran off the rest of the field so they could face off in the final. Bragging rights this week go to Whitley after she took the win with a .130 light and a 8.95 on her 8.94 dial. Codi had the better .102 light but busted out big time with a 13.07 under her 13.15 dial. You just can't lift against your sister.
Max's Kawasaki Motorcycle: John Choate of Tuscola rolled out of the hammock long enough to take the Motorcycle win from Mark Belitz of Abilene. Both ran off dial, with John posted a 6.29 on a 6.03 for the win and Mark slowing to a 7.29 on a 6.63.
Rhino Liner of Abilene All Run Quick: The All Run Quick final was a squeaker between Vance Lakey of Sylvester and Roger Chittum of Abilene. Vance pulled it out at the stripe by a mere .006 for the win. Vance clocked a .011 light with a 5.524 on a 5.50 dial. Roger ran closer with a 5.450 on a 5.44 but his .031 light left a hair too much margin at the end of the run.
Whitten Inn Street Money: Joe Kennedy from Stephenville continues to pick everyone in Street Money off with his little white econobox. Runner up Theresa Dempsey currently holds the points lead in the class but Joe continues to creep up on her. In the final. a double break out round handed Joe the win with his 10.98 under an 11.04 dial. Theresa had a great light but the Firebird got really happy and broke out big, running 8.74 under a 8.81 dial.
TSTC West Texas Open Trophy: Mike Jernigen of Hamlin showed his stuff in the final of Open Trophy, going dead on 7.811 on a 7.81 with a .051 light for the win. Runner up Theresa Dempsey has to settle for second place with a .088 light and another break out 8.75 under an 8.81 dial. Theresa needs to have a talk with that Firebird.

Dodge Rambunction Friday Gamblers: Robert Rankin of Coleman and his red Challenger made all the footbrakers happy with his win over the Top ET challenger Casey Longmire. Robert hit a .041 light and ran dead on 7.490 on a 7.49 for the win. Casey hit a .060 tree and broke out with a 4.93 on a 4.95.
Sterling Volkswagen Street Series: On Friday, Billy Carter took first place in the Sterling Volkswagen Street Series and took home $200 for his efforts. Second place and $100 went to Jim Bentz, and third place and $50 went home with S. Woods.
