Ryan Tucker has layed down the gauntlet for the diesels - 6.89 @ 100MPH.  Smokin!
There was a brief "First one to put on the frozen t-shirt wins $50 contest".  They decided to split the prize.  Michael Stultz actually got his on I think, with Renee Browning coming in second.

Sunday Eliminators

A. J. Enterprizes Top ET: The Top ET Final had Casey "The Sandman" Longmire going up against Rusty Rose of Levelland.  The outcome was all about the tree as both drivers ran right on the dial.  Casey got the win with a .048 light, posting 5.105 on a 5.10.  Rusty ran a .001 better 4.944 on a 4.94 but a .067 light put him behind at the stripe.
Audio Magic Modified ET: The Modified final was another "everybody on the dial" finish.  Ty Casey of Lubbock and some west Texas boy scout troup rounded up the win money in Modified, with Abilene's Tommy Wade taking second place cash.  The numbers worked out with Ty running 6.394 on a 6.39 with a .058 light.  Tommy pushed the truck to a 7.745 on a 7.74 but missed the tree with a .106 reaction time.

Longmire Plumbing Jr. Dragster: Abilene's Dustin Douglas scored a win in Jrs, taking out Whitley Bettis of DeLeon in the final round.  Dustin clocked 8.02 on a 7.97 for the win.  Whitley ran an off dial 9.16 on an 8.99 for second place.
Max's Kawasaki Motorcycle: John Poor drove to a 6.16 on a 6.12 dial to get the win in the Motorcycle class.  John Choate had to settle for yet another runner up spot, slowing to a 6.63 on a 6.09 dial.
Rhino Liner of Abilene All Run Quick: Daniel Gossett of San Angelo got the best of Trent Womack from Sundown in the All Run quick final round.  Daniel ran 5.07 on a 5.05 with a .016 light to take the win.  Trents numbers were .044 on the tree with a 6.61 pass against a 6.58 dial.  The Womack car was seen on a recent episode of Pinks Outtakes, if we heard correctly.
Whitten Inn Street Money: The ladies have comfy rides, you best remember that they can drive them good too.  Mary Tate of Abilene got to part the Escalade in the Winner's Circle after Abilene's Theresa Dempsey red lit away her shot at the win.
TSTC West Texas Open Trophy:  Bobby Knox of Early held out for the win in Open Trophy, beating out Abilene's Kenny Heaton on the last lap.  Bobby put up a 7.04 on a 7.03 for the win, with Kenny running a break out 7.97 under a 8.00 dial.
